Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your Feldhams order. If you change your mind, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

After you have told us that you would like to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. This follows the standard UK online distance-selling return rules.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened bath, body, fragrance or personal care items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are not received back.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund within 14 days. If you paid for standard delivery, the standard delivery cost will be refunded where required. If you selected Express Delivery, only the standard delivery amount is refundable where required. GOV.UK confirms that online customers have a limited cancellation right and that standard delivery costs are usually included in the refund for cancelled distance-sales orders.

Some Feldhams products are dispatched directly from our trusted UK suppliers. If your order contains items from more than one supplier, your items may arrive separately and return instructions may vary. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported to us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
