1. Online store terms

By placing an order with Feldhams, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

You must not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products and availability

Feldhams is an online category store offering home, garden, gift, fragrance and everyday products.

Some products are dispatched directly from our trusted UK suppliers. Product availability, dispatch times and delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and item ordered.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions and prices accurately. However, colours, packaging or product details may vary slightly from the images shown.

We reserve the right to update, change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.

Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

4. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that your order has been accepted if there is an issue with availability, pricing or payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

there is a product or pricing error;
the item is unavailable;
payment is not authorised;
delivery information is incomplete or incorrect;
we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Delivery

We currently offer UK delivery only.

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Some Feldhams products are dispatched directly from our trusted UK suppliers. If your order contains items from more than one supplier, your items may arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the supplier, courier, product type and destination.

UK online sellers must provide required pre-contract information and normally deliver goods within 30 days unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

6. Returns and refunds

If you change your mind, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

UK distance-selling rules require online customers to have a limited cancellation right, and GOV.UK states that customers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel, then another 14 days to return them.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened bath, body, fragrance or personal care items cannot usually be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or further instructions depending on the item and supplier.

8. Product information and use

Product descriptions are provided for general information only. Please read product labels, packaging, ingredients, safety warnings and usage instructions before use.

For candles, incense, burners, oils, bath products and fragrance items, always follow safety instructions and never leave burning or heated products unattended.

Feldhams is not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow product instructions and safety guidance.

9. Third-party suppliers and separate parcels

Some products sold by Feldhams are fulfilled directly by third-party UK suppliers. This means your order may be dispatched from more than one location.

If your order contains products from different suppliers, your items may arrive separately and at different times.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Website content

All website content, including text, branding, images, layout and product presentation, belongs to Feldhams or is used with permission from suppliers or relevant rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce or use our website content for commercial purposes without our permission.

11. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, availability, images or other content will always be error-free.

If we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.
